Hello Siddipet provides digital promotional services, online visibility tools, business listings, advertisements, premium placements, and marketing support for businesses. Payments apply **only to businesses**, not general users.
By using our services, you confirm you represent a legally recognized business entity or an authorized representative.
We offer one-time payment plans and subscription-based premium plans. Payments for these services are securely processed via Cashfree Payments.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not entitle the business to any refund for previous payments.
All payments made to Hello Siddipet are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
This includes early cancellation, low response, change of mind, business shutdown, or non-usage of service after purchase.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of submitted information, including photos, descriptions, licenses, and claims. Hello Siddipet is not liable for any incorrect or misleading content provided by businesses.
We are not liable for financial losses, business losses, data issues, downtime, or any service interruption caused by external factors. Our maximum liability is limited to service fees paid in the last 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the **Siddipet Courts, Telangana**.
